This Easter egg fruit pizza is so fun to make with your kiddos! Use the sugar cookie recipe provided or you can use your own favorite sugar cookie recipe. Either way, it’s a delicious treat that anyone is sure to enjoy for Easter. To make the fruit pizza, I used my favorite ricotta sugar cookies recipe. It made for the perfect dessert!

Easter Egg Fruit Pizza

Delicious easter dessert that anyone can enjoy. With a sugar cookie bottom, frosting in the middle and topped with delicious fruit, you are sure to be in dessert heaven.

Ingredients
  

Sugar Cookie Bottom and Cream Cheese Frosting:

Toppings:

  • 1 Cutie Orange
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1-2 Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Pineapple
  • 1/4 Cup Cantaloupe
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • *Make your sugar cookie dough and frosting according to instructions. I used this Ricotta Sugar Cookie Recipe https://barnsouredranchwife.com/ricotta-sugar-cookies/.
  • *Shape your cookie dough into the shape of an Easter egg.
  • Bake the cookie according to instructions. However, the cookie may take longer than otherwise instructed as the sugar cookie is rather large. I cooked my cookie for approximately 25 minutes. Let the cookie cool
  • *Once the cookie is fully cooled, ice the cookie with the frosting
  • *Decorate the Easter egg with all the different fruits.
  • *Enjoy!
