Cooking for Cowboys

Breakfast Casserole Bake

This breakfast casserole bake is my go-to recipe when I need to feed a crowd. I make it every year for branding morning to feed the hungry cowboys before they go gather cows. It is always a huge hit! You can make it with regular or hot jimmy jean pork sausage to add some spice. The cowboys also love to top this breakfast bake with salsa.
