Oven Baked Fish Tacos
These delicious oven baked fish tacos are the perfect delicious dinner recipe. Fun, fresh, and absolutely delectable.

Method
To Make the Sauce:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well combined.
To make the Cilantro Lime Coleslaw:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl until well combined.
To make the Fish Tacos:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with Pam.
- Mix the Panko breadcrumbs, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Take your large bite sized fish chunks, one at a time, and place them into the whisked egg wash making sure to coat the entire fish.
- Take the egg coated fish, and gently press it into the Panko breadcrumbs ensuring the crumbs stick to all sides of the fish.
- Place the coated fish on the baking sheet and repeat the process until all the fish has been dipped in egg and coated with breadcrumbs.
- Place the baking sheet with the coated fish into the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the fish reaches approximately 140-145 degrees F.
- Assemble the tacos. Take a corn tortilla, fill it with the cilantro lime coleslaw, the fish, and then top with the sauce.
- Add any optional toppings desired.
- Serve Immediately
